कुछ यूँ बसर हुई कि ख़ुदा याद आ गया।

बरसे बग़ैर ही जो घटा घिर के खुल गई।
इक बे-वफ़ा का अहद-ए-वफ़ा याद आ गया।
Without rain, clouds roared 'n dealt a blind.
Promise of a faithless, came to my mind.
दूसरों पर अगर तब्सिरा कीजिए।
आईना सामने रख लिया कीजिए।
But, when others, you review.
Place a mirror in front of you.
अब इन हुदूद में है लाया है इंतजार मुझे।
वो आ भी जाओ जाए तो आए न
ए'तबार मुझे।
Waiting has brought me in such limits range.
I can't believe it even if she arrives for a change.
