वो हैं पास और याद आने लगे हैं।
मोहब्बत के होश अब ठिकाने लगे हैं।
She is so near and still in memory.
Love is coming to sense of a kind.
सुना है हमें वो भुलाने लगे हैं।
तो क्या हम उन्हें याद आने लगे हैं ?
It's said that she is forgetting me.
So have I been coming to her mind ?
हटाए थे जो राह से दोस्तों की।
वो पत्थर मिरे घर में आने लगे हैं।
What I had removed from path of friends.
Flung in my home are stones of the kind.
ये कहना था उनसे मोहब्बत है मुझको।
ये कहने में हम को ज़माने लगे हैं।
I had only to say that I love you.
It took a lifetime to say my mind.
क़यामत यक़ीनन क़रीब आ गई है।
'ख़ुमार' अब तो मस्जिद में आने लगे हैं।
Doom's day is surely coming so near.
'Khumaar' is coming to mosque to find !
